For more than 40 years, T. Colin Campbell, Ph.D. has been at the forefront of nutrition research. His legacy, the China Study, is the most comprehensive study of health and nutrition ever conducted. His recommendation for achieving the best health possible? Go Vegan, of course! Or in his words, follow a whole foods plant-based diet. The China Study book is co-authored by Colin's son, Thomas M. Campbell. Dr Campbell answers questions about the study and helps debunk fad diets such as Atkins for once and for all!

We also talk to Lee Hall, author of Capers in the Churchyard: Animal Rights Advocacy in the Age of Terror. Lee talks about this timely book as well as the recent sentencing of the SHAC (Stop Huntington Animal Cruelty) Activists.
