Show 19 features Tonya Kay. Tonya is a raw-food-athlete who spent 3 years dancing in the off-Broadway phenomenon STOMP. As a trained aerial stunt woman with De La Guarda, Tonya brings live performance to a new level by adding elements of fire-spinning, flag dance, precision bullwhip and stilt-walking. Her cutting-edge choreography has been featured in national commercials, musical theatre, and in the all-rhytm production, Extreme Rhythm Theatre, an urban drum circle she created and produced. Tonya talks to Vegan Radio about her upcoming appearance in Sci Fi Channel's tv series Who Wants To Be A Super Hero? and talks about surviving on a raw-food diet at the Burning Man Festival.

Our musical guest is Star Drooker, who owns Cafe Evolution in Florence, MA. Star originally ran the infamous Fire and Water Cafe in downtown Northampton. Fire and Water was a vegetarian cafe and performance space that gave Northampton much of its funky vibe and offered an alternative to the bar scene for musicians and music lovers, as well as vegans looking for a late-night snack. When Star and his partner Trish Overstreet decided to close the cafe in 2002 it was a great loss to the community. Now with the opening of the all vegan Cafe Evolution we have reason to rejoice!

We also have another "Woodstock Sanctuary Critter Profile" featuring Malice the sheep, who is a sweet old soul if ever there were. bahhhhh.
